The top responsibilities of the position are as follows:
Manage accounts payable.
to include:
enter/scan all invoices process check run reconcile vendor statements Process daily invoices, and provide support for other customer financial records Daily allocation of raw materials to manufacturing work orders Special request duties Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner The candidate should be experienced (1-2 years) in accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
Need basic knowledge and experience in using Excel.
The candidate should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented, multi tasker.
Teamwork, communication and collaboration skills are also required.
